Halloween is almost here, so how about a little Halloween make-believe? Tag in with your characters, present and potential, and tell us as much or as little as you'd like about their Halloween-feels. And if you don't have spoons, interest, or time for this part, skip to the interactive fun bit at the end!

Need ideas?
- Assuming you could get whatever costume you want, what do you dress up as? (include a pic if you'd like) Or what would you not be caught dead in?

So there's a holiday where you can dress up in revealing costumes, drink too much, and/or get people to give you stuff just by saying "trick or treat"? Vex is in.

She's open to suggestions for costumes (individual, couple, or group). Also costume ideas for a bear – no, Vax, pink ribbons all over is NOT acceptable.

In Exandria, the Night of Ascension, commemorating the Raven Queen's ascension to godhood is a celebration of the dead, on the 13th day of the 10th month.

ETA: I belated realized I know what Vex wants to be. (it's hard remembering all of 400+ hrs of canon).

Vex wants to be a mermaid. Complete with shell top. (She says Percy could be a pirate.)

At the Inn, he would party and hope there were a lot of hot chicks in sexy nurse outfits - or sexy outfits of choice. In Halloween Town - he'd hunt things - or you know tease the shit out of Sam and his Halloween FEELS. Both are good.

Buffy would be very, very wary of costumes given her history. That being said - given her history this time around she'd totally dress as Xena - or Wonder Woman.

She'd spend the early part of the night giving out candy and then party. Halloween is a vacation day for the Slayer. Or it is when Spike and/or Dru aren't up to something. She'll be expecting the same thing at the Inn.

Curnen is Tinkerbell. Because of course she is.

Trick or treating and then party is the ideal Halloween. Or best of all would be flying, but right now she can't.

I'm sure the Tufa have certain beliefs about Halloween because Samhain and exiled Celtic fairy tribe, but so far I don't know what they are. And she wouldn't tell you what they were anyway.

Coby thinks he's funny, so he's tempted to wear his usual clothes, plus devil horns and tail (possibly in black) and let his wings out, for his costume this year.

He usually spends Halloween playing somewhere and/or playing somewhere. But you know, he likes handing out treats to kids in costumes. What he'll do this year, I don't know yet.

He doesn't want to talk about his memories of last Halloween, not the ones that were related him, nor the ones that concerned someone else. OTOH, he has very pleasant memories of the Halloween before that – when he reused his Jax Teller costume, because he was in another country and could do that – because that was the first time he and Anael made love.

She would have gone for sexy angel but figured she'd get struck by lightening.

Molly would enjoy giving out candy or taking her little brothers and sisters trick or treating if she were home.

Regina has never worn a costume for a party, but she does love to play dress up. With a little inspiration, she'd be happy to do Cleopatra.

In her ideal world, Regina would have all three of her children to take trick or treating and she wouldn't even care about walking everywhere in heels. She has Snow, and if Snow wants to celebrate with Mama, that's what she'll be doing, in any way that Snowy wants. But if Snow wants to celebrate with friends her own age, Regina will spend the evening engaged in very grown-up trick or treating with Dyson.

Has no idea what Halloween is and if the connection to the dead and spirits were explained to him, he'd run screaming from all of you batshit idiots trying to summon his wife and Vax's patron.

If he got the Hallmark version, he'd think the costumes were nutty but whatever floats your boat. Give him a beer and he'll be over there. And he certainly won't be enjoying whatever scandalous nonsense the women get up to.

Vex, Pike, and a couple of other people could probably talk him into wearing a shirtless Roman legion outfit or sexy priest vestments. Probably.

Hates Halloween. Passionately. He hates costumes and dress-up parties. And for the love of God don't mention murdered blondes on Halloween. Just... point Sam at something that needs hunting or killing and stay out of his way.

That said, he has worn any number of costumes to go undercover. My personal favorite is Priest!Sam, but I don't think even Dean could talk him into dressing up for Halloween. Unless they needed to sneak into a cathedral.

Also, blonde ladies, please don't anyone dress up as a sexy nurse. He'll lose his shit completely. (By which I mean, please, go right ahead.)

Considering how many different 'costumes' Shadowcat has had, you'd think Kitty would be more of a pro about dress-up. But she spent a lot of years dressing up as Jean and Storm, and Logan, and there was the one time she tried to dress up as Kurt and the year she and Yana tried to switch places...

These days, she's more the slap-together sexy cat type or if she had a lot of time to play with it, well. She is a prima ballerina. Natalie Portman's Black Swan is obviously the best choice.

She'll probably tend bar in the Silver Bar if people are in the Inn. But if most everyone's off in H Town, she will be too. If there's danger to be had, she might go with something a little more new school Shadowcat.

Halloween is her cousin's birthday, so they usually celebrate by going out to dinner. If MA were at the inn/in Halloween Town, she wouldn't be wearing a costume, because she and Sabine never did, and the person for whom she could possibly be convinced to dress-up isn't here with her (not that such costumes would be appropriate in public anyway).

She would probably try to help out any ghosts in the area. If she gave out treats, she would go for s'mores made with homemade marshmallows. (her bourbon bacon s'mores are amazing, fyi)

So curious. Sooooooo curious. Halloween isn't a thing where she's from, but she'll probably let the explanation wash over her, write it off as "Fuck it, costumes!" and try to get into the spirit.

She is bouncy, but aimless, and will take costume suggestions. Otherwise she'll probably just whip on some cat or bunny ears and be perfectly happy.

Not ghosts, though, that's fucked up. >.>

She remembers Halloween as a child with Amy and Rory in Leadworth when they were all in school and she was Melody. Amy LOVED dressing up, and usually she would decide on a theme and Rory would do what she said and Mels would join in too.

She likes costumes, pretending to be Cleopatra was fun and any excuse for a an outrageous outfit is a good time in her book. It would amuse me (more than her) to dress her up like Melody Malone in a 40s style trench.
