All right! I have no idea how this will actually play out, but when I saw this on Facebook I knew it had to be our next meme. SO!

Headcanon meme!

1) Post your characters, separately or in a single comment (optional subpoint, give a piece of headcanon you already have for your character)

We never find out her birth name and Snow doesn't remember it, but in my mind her legal name is Sarah.

Most of the details of Corbie backstory are headcanon based on my best guess of information about her, but what stands out in particular is I decided her mother was very young and she ran away and left Corbie with her own mother when Corbie was small.

Her birthday is somewhere on the cusp of summer and autumn, but she's been alive so long that she has no idea when it is exactly and doesn't care.

Sunny will always be at least a little in love with her childhood friend Orlu.

He doesn't like cats, with very few exceptions.

There’s one cat that claims to be an exception. He’s actually an Underfae with too many teeth (and too much chatty) to be a real cat. He stopped bugging Dyson when he got famous because some guy wrote a book about a girl named Alice.

Ha love it, Dyson is all ::head shake:: the only reason that cat hasn't been made into a meal is because every time he gets close to being eaten he disappears.

He loved the Spice Girls. But will not admit it even under torture.

They should get drunk one time and Hathaway confesses to spice girls and Dean confesses to Taylor Swift. LOL

The way she relates to her gift, usually using water metaphors (floating, drowning, an ocean, a river etc.) is all head cannon.

She changes the Doctor's control settings on the TARDIS console whenever she 'borrows' it just to make his life more interesting when a switch no longer does what he thinks it should.

Myths say that Loki is the mother of Sleipnir, Odin’s eight-legged horse. That’s a lie (among many others) that Loki told humans in order to see what sort of things they’d believe. He may or may not have been high or stoned at the time.

Everything about Layla and Rocket’s backstory is headcanon already!

I don’t remember if this is headcanon or actual canon, but I think head, so: when Xavin was young and being prepared to fight in war, killing upset him. To force him to get over it, Xavin’s father Prince De’zean locked him in a room with violently dead Majesdanian corpses and didn’t let him out until he stopped crying.

Lara speaks/reads a lot of languages, living and dead, but French isn’t one of them.

Five’s most annoying assignment was John Wilkes Booth. Trying to get him to re-decide to assassinate Abraham Lincoln was enough of a pain that eventually Five just roofied him, threw on a disguise, and did the deed himself. It was the one black spot in his record, until recently.

A year after that, someone else had to fix the timeline again because John Wilkes Booth is THE WORST.

Emma is so heavily AU, she's basically all headcanon. But here's one little thing that doesn't come up too often:

When she first moved to the US and started school, the other students and some of the teachers called her Marie, and with a very Southern US pronunciation. She hated and hates it. Call her Marie-Ange, MA, Emma, Em, Ems. Hell, she's carrying passport and credit cards under the name Emily Fournier, so while she would probably correct you, she'd still be okay with it. Just don't call her Marie.

Coby's an OC. He's literally all headcanon.

So an OOC bit of trivia instead: his/Shamsiel's previous incarnations are always musicians in one way or another, so when I'm picking PBs for those incarnations, because sometimes having a face helps understand the character, I only choose musicians. (I think Stevie Nicks as a Parisian opera singer in the 1880s-90s is probably my favorite.)

Her canon was that she grew up in the foster system, but in my head canon it was since she was a baby/foundling.

I've always imagined that when someone comes at Clarice with some good old-fashioned Asian racism it's almost a relief because "Well, at least it's not the mutant shit right now."

*nods* I can see that easily. It was one of the reasons why she liked the Europe otherworld. They might have looked at her funny, but it wasn't because of mutant.

Toby was a cub scout and that's where he developed his love of geology. He has a Geology badge.

While a cub scout, Toby earned his fingerprinting badge. He felt it was a good thing to know how to do in case there was a string of murders or thefts or something at summer camp. (There never was.)

HA I love it and Toby would so use that badge in the Case of the Mysterious Inn!

Miguel used to listen to music from the town plaza with the mariachi players. He would sneak his bedroom window open at night, initially because of it being 'forbidden' but after the first time he heard music, it was from the love of it after that.

Ned's headcanon turned out to be true before I even realized it was... I was like 'he definitely has a crush on Betty' and... he does?

But I also say he's Hawaiian cause the actor is.

Steve is secretly a cat person.
