strangetrip_ooc | State of the Characters + Who Should Thread

Hi all! So I know that as a teacher, I have just come out of a fog of "So, September. What?" And while reasons are not the same across the board, I know I'm not the only person in a state of "Wait what" about how things are currently going in the game.

So! Let's help each other get caught up.

This isn't going to be some big, formal questionnaire. I just want us to use this space for--

1. Telling us what your characters are up to. Say as much or as little as you want about how your characters are doing and/or what you want them to be doing in future.

2. Asking for threads. Is there a character or group you're interested in making ties with, but you haven't reached out yet? Toss it out there.

3. Suggesting threads to others. Often times, we don't see the full potential for our own characters and it takes another person's perspective to see comedy and drama gold.

You can do one big comment for all your characters or separate comments for each, whichever works best for you.

Molly and Thor - she has pretty blonde hair he can braid or she could braid his :P Also because she's friends with Jane/Sif and she's trying to decipher if the memories she pulls out of Jane's head are real or not.

Miguel and Hurley? Dante is a spirit dog so Hurley (with his abilities) should be able to see Dante as he looks in that way. Rainbow colored, etc. Miguel definitely has a connection to the dead so that could be a jumping off point for him. Maybe with Miguel wanting to do something with the Day of the Dead. Plus, he hangs out in the kitchen to be with Carlos so they've probably seen each other around. PLUS he loves music. :D

Oooh, then we definitely need to get them together. Thor has heard about Molly -- don't know if Molly has heard about him, but we could use that as a jumping-off point.

Thor is still trying to grow out his hair, so it'll be awhile before his hair is braidable sadly. :(

I love the idea of Hurley having seen Dante around the inn all this time and thought that rainbow dog was perfectly normal only to find out he doesn't/shouldn't actually look like that. I have absolutely no idea why I didn't think about Miguel and Hurley before because the more I think about it, the more perfect this combo is!
