Of the newcomers, the pretty blonde who knew Emma seemed the quietest, the most self-contained in a way. It was that, the fact that she seemed both shy and not shy somehow, that drew Kitty to her, more than her being a mutant. Which, granted, Kitty was assuming, but it seemed like a good assumption from how happy Emma seemed to see her.
